Muy extensa, abierta y maravillosa, así es la playa Stockton. Está situada al norte del río Hunter y mide unos 32 km de largo. Suelen acudir a ella pescadores provenientes de la misma ciudad y de Stockton, uno de los suburbios más importantes de Newcastle. Hay muchas dunas, algunas de hasta 30 metros, y cada año se mueven más o menos 4 metros. Un poco de naturaleza y mucho de historia de la segunda Guerra, es lo que verás por aquí.
